Popped into Richmond for a drink and stumbled across all bar one. Saw they were doing bottomless brunch. Had the best time!! Big thanks to Berty! She was amazing! Very efficient with the service making sure our drinks were topped up at all times and for the warm hospitality!!
It been a while since I visited an All bar one and this was a great surprise. Nice refurbishment. Food was good hot and tasty, cocktails were delicious cheers . Great visit .
Visited for a Bottomless Brunch. Staff were excellent, special shout out to Bertie who made sure we were very well looked after. She made sure we were topped up constantly and both her and Saxon were very friendly and attentive. Good value for money too! Thanks for a lovely afternoon!
Great atmosphere. Dylan was very attentive and was very much customer focused which is always a benefit no matter the conversation . Bertie was so welcoming and seemed up for a chat - that is appreciated!! Even when we had a request she dealt with it without any issues. Great team here at all bar one Richmond. Definitely a great asset to have such a team.
We were very happy with our trip to All Bar One in Richmond. Located directly opposite the train station made it very convenient for travel but parking can be an issue and expensive. The venue is massive, spanning across two floors with bars on each level. The manager even said the venue has TV screens for live sports and live music events on a monthly basis - definitely didn't know All Bar One did this! Our evening was very fun! We were greeted by the manager and the lovely team, met with a complimentary drink for the event and had a great date night. The musician nailed the evening with his guitar, crowd interaction and great songs - great job! Overall a great experience, really enjoyed our time and pleasantly surprised how much this All Bar One had to offer.
Wow!! Booked for a bottomless brunch and Bertie was outstanding! From the moment we arrived to the second we left. She was attentive, able to give recommendations and ensured we were happy throughout. Good and drinks all came quickly. As someone who isn’t drinking currently Bertie took extra care in ensuring all my drinks were alcohol free and nothing was too much trouble for her! We will be booking again! Thanks Bertie x
Love the location, and previously visited here before it was All Bar One.. Lick of paint, new tables and its a fresh space again. Visited today (28th November 2024 @ about 15:45) to have a break from working from home. Work from pub afternoon and have a few drinks with food. First order made via the app, was a pint of Prava and came quickly and fresh - served with a smile! Got on with some work, as the corner booth seat found was quiet and had plug socket needed for laptop and phone. Perfect spot to get things done, at same time as being comfortable! Toilets are clean, fresh, smell good and very new. Must comment that the music is nocibaly loud - the speakers need to be adjusted somehow. Go from the main bar to silence in the toilet lobby, then blaringly loud. Suggest someone take a look at this. Ordered the Chicken and Bacon Focaccia served with fried, that also can get with a pint of Prava for just a little bit more. The food was full of flavour and just what needed. Stopped for a few more drinks and then headed off home.. A good place to visit for a drink while charge up laptop, WiFi worked perfectly for emails and odd Teams call, and plenty of space to sit. Will come back again! --- Update: Return visit to All Bar One Richmond. Great to see the feedback about the volume in the toilets being taken on board and sorted. Much better! Had another meal and a few drinks - everything was fantastic! Upgraded the 4* atmosphere to 5*. Top score all round. Look forward to visiting again.
Absolutely amazing experience. Staff were warm and welcoming, especially Bertie! She kept our glasses full and couldn't do enough. We need more hospitality staff like Bertie! Thank you for a wonderful day and see you again soon
